I specialise in:

Stress Reduction / Managing Anxiety

Every conscious thought you experience is recorded by your Unconscious Mind (UCM), and your conscious mind tends to accept habitual negative thoughts at face value. For instance, when you think, “I feel overwhelmed or stressed,” “I am overweight,” or “I am too tired,” these statements are automatically recorded by your UCM. What you may not realise is that your UCM communicates with your Conscious Mind (CM), thereby shaping your reality.

The first step toward transforming your reality is to identify these habitual negative thoughts. Recognising them is your personal gateway to opening a new chapter in your life and creating profound change. By utilising Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy™ (TLTTM) techniques, you can reprogram your mindset to focus on solutions, ultimately cultivating a more positive mental state.

Performance Enhancement/ Motivation

Persistent negative emotions can significantly impact our self-esteem and self-confidence, affecting our performance in professional environments and athletic endeavours. By leveraging NLP techniques such as motivational strategies, anchoring, and reframing, you can elevate your mindset to operate at your highest potential.

Weight Management

Some individuals turn to food as a form of self medication to alleviate negative emotions, seeking temporary comfort. Others may adhere to trendy diets or maintain a regular gym routine, yet still find themselves without the desired results. This is often due to a deeply ingrained habitual negative thought process stored in the unconscious mind (UCM). My role is to identify these habitual negative thoughts and the triggers that prompt self-medication through food, which ultimately undermines the effectiveness of conventional dieting and exercise approaches. By utilising Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Time Line Therapy™, we can reprogram your UCM. In just a few sessions, this process can lead to a transformative change, allowing you to achieve lasting, positive results.

Smoking Cessation

Smokers generally fall into two categories. Habitual smokers, whose behaviour is primarily a matter of routine, can often quit within 3-4 sessions. In contrast, smokers whose habits are linked to underlying negative emotions, often referred to as anxious smokers, may require 4-5 sessions to address the emotional blockages contributing to their behaviour.

By targeting the root cause of your smoking habit using Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Time Line Therapy ™  techniques, we can tailor an effective program to help you become a non-smoker.
